He brings more than 17 years of progressive HR leadership experience across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, with a strong background in HR strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, and people operations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud University and professional certifications in Advanced Human Resource Management, and executive leadership. His experience spans listed companies, investment groups, technology, consulting, engineering, industrial services, and diversified business environments, where he has partnered with boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams to build high-performing organizations and strengthen people governance.

At SGR, Muath plays a key role in building scalable HR systems, strengthening organizational capability, enhancing leadership alignment, and embedding performance-driven people practices. His mandate supports SGR’s operational growth, workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, Saudization, and long-term institutional maturity as the company continues to advance within Saudi Arabia’s mining and precious-metals sector.
