He brings more than 27 years of senior leadership experience in designing and enforcing organizational control systems within complex, highly regulated industrial environments.
He holds an MBA in Change Management and Management Consultancy and has led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning HR governance, workforce and contractor compliance, performance and accountability frameworks, and institutional discipline. His expertise centers on translating strategy and regulatory requirements into enforceable people systems that reduce operational risk, strengthen control, and enable scalable execution.
At SGR, Nabeel plays a key role in institutionalizing governance structures, embedding policies and controls, and aligning workforce management with operational, safety, and regulatory obligations.
