Majid is an experienced professional with a three decade career spanning licenced security consulting and human resource management. As Acting Vice President of Human Resources at SGR, Majid is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. Additionally, he leads initiatives focused on employee engagement, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Over his 31-year career, Majid has transitioned from a licensed Security Consultant into a leadership role in human resources management. His extensive background includes expertise in information security systems, document archives, and strategic facility planning, with significant experience working within government systems and protocols.

Throughout his career, Majid has demonstrated strong project management capabilities, successfully leading large-scale initiatives and optimising operational processes. He holds certifications in facility security, strategic human resource planning, team leadership, and project management, showcasing his dedication to organisational excellence and effective leadership.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Security Science and a Security Consulting License from the King Fahad Security College, Majid applies a solutions-driven approach to creating efficient, compliant, and collaborative work environments.
