Saudi Gold Refinery Co. (the “sponsor” or
“SGR”) conducted a feasibility study
(performed by competent persons) and
geological study obtained a mining
license.
The Feasibility Study developed and
performed by DRA Eurasia Limited
(DRA) located in South Africa and issued
at end of 2013
After detailed survey and sampling by SGR’s Team, the “Competent
Person’s” report in accordance with JORC & NI 101 criteria, fixed the
resource for this overburden at 1.83 million tons in situ grade 2.42 grams
