Financial Reporting & Governance
SGR prepares its financial reporting in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards as endorsed in Saudi Arabia and applicable SOCPA requirements, supported by governance, internal controls, risk management and compliance frameworks.
Exploration & Resource Reporting
SGR works to align the public reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves with the JORC Code and internationally recognized geological reporting practices, supported by appropriate technical competence, transparency and materiality.
Gold Refining & Responsible Sourcing
SGR is developing its refinery systems, quality controls, traceability and responsible sourcing framework in alignment with LBMA requirements and international best practices, as part of its commitment to internationally recognized refining standards.
